No one can enter this dorm except wilth special conditions
1-This dorm can be entered by test
2-If you were in a lower dorm and your DP promoted to 2500 DP and payed 250 Credits and have 40 posts, you will upgrade to this dorm
3-If you were in a higher dorm and you your DP demoted to less than 4000 DP, you will level down to this dorm
