| Welcome To The Card Creation Tourney! Here are the rules: 1) U cannot start a tourney without the permission of TheWiseman, me(of course), and Karasu Serkiryou! 2) U cannot post a HENTAI CARD or u will be banned for a weak! 3) That Card Must Have UR NAME ON IT!!! U can do this by going to the bottom of the card creation website, it says Creator! oh, yeah here is the link: Card Creation Forum! 4) To post a card i think u r gonna register! If u don't ya might have to make the card all over again! Warnings: 1st Warning- 10% DP Discount & 1 Day Ban 2nd Warning- May not participate in any tourney from now on!!! 3rd Warning- 50% DP Discount % and Downgrade: If u r in Obelisk, downgrade to Ra! If u r in Ra, downgrade to Slifer! If u r in Slifer, u lose all ur DP and u may be banned for a day! 4th Warning- U will be Banned FOR A Weak & leaving u with NO DP and At Slifer! LAST WARNING- FULLY BANNED AND DELETED, AND NO ONE KNOWS U!  |

| So the card creation tourney has to be based in a main them like, monsters or funny things, or they are all random. |

| You can make any kind of tourney, but you have to at least follow the rules set in the stickies. |

| Any person may host a tournament. Currently mxero14 is trying to do so. If the tournament is completely approved, then prizes will be listed in the tournament's description when mxero14 starts it. It has to be approved first.
It will be DP or credits, whichever the host decides to offer as a prize. The host may also offer decklists to the winners if they choose to. |
